RevOZ remains active in the Opportunity Zone marketplace with 9 total properties in our portfolio. Our footprint now covers 5 different states with total capitalization of over $800M! Last month, RevOZ closed on Opportunity Zone investments in Portland, OR (Sandy Pine), Philadelphia, PA (2630 West Girard Ave), and Los Angeles, CA (5241 Jefferson). The total capitalization of the three projects is approximately $200M. RevOZ anticipates the development and operations of these projects will generate social impact by substantial new jobs and increased economic activity.
